These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VLIPERR website, including browsing the website, creating an account where available, purchasing products, placing orders, and using related services.
VLIPERR is operated by Sichuan Jinshang Tianli Trading Co., Ltd.
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, subject to mandatory rights available under applicable law.
1. Website Use
Our website and related services are intended for individuals who are legally permitted to enter into purchase transactions under applicable law.
Customers must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized system access, or introduce harmful software.
2. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and providing accurate, reasonably up-to-date information.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact customer support as soon as reasonably possible.
We may restrict accounts where we reasonably believe they are being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.
3. Orders & Order Acceptance
When placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and product-selection information.
Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, shipping restrictions, and our ability to fulfill the order.
An order may need to be adjusted or cancelled because of:
- An obvious pricing or listing error;
- Payment authorization problems;
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- Product unavailability;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Incorrect or incomplete order information; or
- Another legitimate operational or legal reason preventing fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Prices, Payments, Taxes & Fees
Product prices, discounts, promotions, and available payment options are displayed on the website or during checkout.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before payment is completed.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by applicable law, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard Shipping is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping, where available, is generally estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Certain international shipments may take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch or longer.

Transferring an order to a shipping carrier does not automatically prevent VLIPERR from assisting customers with legitimate delivery concerns.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation requests should generally be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.
Whether a modification or cancellation is possible depends on the fulfillment status.
We will make reasonable efforts to process requests if the order has not already entered fulfillment, packing, or shipping.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is generally no longer possible.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Customers should contact customer support before sending a return.
Preference-based returns may require the customer to pay applicable return shipping costs.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, materially different from its description, or another verified fulfillment error occurred, an appropriate solution will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing generally takes approximately 5 business days after an approved returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
8. Product Information
VLIPERR makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, sizes, colors, materials, features, and other relevant information.
Product appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or reasonable product updates.
If a product received is materially different from its description, incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact our customer support team.
Nothing in this section is intended to reduce mandatory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including trademarks, logos, graphics, product photography, original text, layouts, visual designs, and website elements may be owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by VLIPERR and/or Sichuan Jinshang Tianli Trading Co., Ltd.
Such materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Protected materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization except where permitted by law.

15. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using the website lawfully and providing reasonably accurate information when placing orders or contacting support.
Customers may be responsible for losses directly caused by their own fraudulent, intentionally unlawful, or unauthorized actions where permitted by applicable law.
This section does not make customers responsible for merchant fulfillment errors, defective products, or matters for which the merchant is legally responsible.
